2021 - Värnamo veterinärklinik
Värnamo Veterinärklinik were struggling with their customer communication. The clinic was new, the customer and patients were lining up and the main communication channels were Facebook messenger and phone calls.
Through qualitative interviews with the staff of Värnamo Veterinärklinik, I was able to pinpoint the most urgent needs. I then created a solution that enabled their staff to work more efficiently in their communication with their customers.
Final result
Everything on the website was created in Squarespace, so that the staff could update the website with new content easily and without needing to pay for an external person to manage their website.
